The CDC reports that about half of all new STIs are found in individuals aged 15-24, even though they account for only “25% of the sexually experienced population” in our country.

- Approximately 10 million 15-24-year-olds will be diagnosed with an STI.
- Twenty million people overall will be diagnosed with an STI this year.
- The total number of people with STI’s in the U.S. is about 110,000,000.
